These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the EQ STAY website and all direct booking inquiries made through our website, WhatsApp, email, or other direct communication channels.

EQ STAY is a hospitality and property management brand offering curated short-term luxury accommodations in Tulum, Mexico.
Our residences may include apartments managed directly by EQ STAY or selected properties operated under the same hospitality standard.

BOOKING REQUESTS
Availability shown on this website does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
All direct reservations are subject to manual review and written confirmation by EQ STAY.
A reservation becomes confirmed only after:
  • availability has been manually confirmed by EQ STAY;
  • the guest receives an official booking confirmation document;
  • full or required payment is successfully completed through the payment method provided by EQ STAY.
Until confirmation is completed, availability may change without notice.

PRICING
All rates are subject to availability and may change until a reservation is confirmed.
Quoted pricing may include:
  • accommodation charges
  • applicable taxes (if specified)
  • cleaning fees (if applicable)
Any additional charges will be clearly communicated before payment.

PAYMENT
Payments for direct reservations are accepted only through secure payment methods provided directly by EQ STAY.
Reservations are not held or guaranteed until payment is successfully received.
Failure to complete payment within the stated timeframe may result in automatic release of the requested dates.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellation terms for each reservation are defined in the official booking confirmation document provided prior to payment.
By completing payment, the guest agrees to the cancellation terms stated in that booking confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, reservations may be non-refundable.

Equivalent hospitality standards and listed core amenities will be maintained.
